New Year has begun, with spectacular fireworks, New Zealand light up in colors

Auckland: The first part of the new year has begun in New Zealand. The world will observe different times for the start of the new year.

Magnificent fireworks greeted the New Year in New Zealand. Electric lamps were used to embellish well-known locations throughout Auckland. Events with music and color were planned.

Auckland's Sky Tower was packed with partygoers on New Year's Eve. As the date changed, the sky tower lighted up as everyone counted down simultaneously. Magnificent fireworks were present.

Australia joined New Zealand as the official start of the New Year shortly after. Fireworks over Sydney Harbor were spectacular. Numerous locales will celebrate the start of the New Year, including Times Square in London, Victoria Harbor in Hong Kong, and Icon Siam shopping mall in Thailand.

Several Islamic countries, including the United Arab Emirates, Morocco and Pakistan, canceled New Year celebrations in solidarity with the Palestinians and in protest against Israeli aggression.

By the way, 2024 was first started in the world in the islands of Tonga and Kiribati in the Central Pacific Ocean, but there is no human population, so no ceremony is held.
