He opened the restaurant after spending years trying to find a job in his domain, as he holds an engineering degree from Spain.

Israel murdered him and his family while they were sheltering at the restaurant.

Abdelrahman Abu Emara and his siblings, Saleh and Abdullah Abu Emara are all educated men with master degrees from European universities. they came back to gaza to a find job, but there was nothing for them.

They started a business out of nothing and slowly grew their brand to be one of the most popular pizza restaurant in gaza. the restaurant started out as a small shop and then grew to a 4 floor restaurant.

They could’ve stayed in the west, but instead they returned to their land, to support their parents and their sisters and to be by their side. His father is an educated lawyer and a professor.
